Selling wii. Is credit card safe?

I am selling off my nintendo wii. I have a lot of games on there and some wii points still left. I dont want to delete them and let them go to waste so I am including them and just deleting the miis. However, I used my credit card to purchase the wii points. Is credit card information stored on a wii? Is it possible for them to use my credit card if i dont delete everything and restore to factory settings?
