The problem is our credit is bad and we can’t get a loan so we will need to rent or buy contract for deed until we can get our credit restored to get a loan. We can pay up to 700 a month for a payment. Would a house selling for 128,000 be out of our price range monthly, and if so what price range should we be looking in?
P.S. We have three children and one on the way so we need a house like yesterday!

My house is foreclosing and I need to find an apartment between Dighton, Ma and Bridgewater, Ma. Here’s my problem. My credit since I have been married is terrible. I am very dependable and have been at the same job for almost 8 years. I can provide personal and professional references and pay a few months rent in advance if need be. What can I do? People with bad credit have to live somewhere, right? Help.. I don’t want to end up homeless. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

I have worked out payment plans with my credit card companies and am working to repair my credit; however my fiance and I want to buy a house. He has excellent credit. What is the best way to go about this. We both are newly out of graduate school and have recently started jobs with modest incomes, but I make a little more than he does. Would it be better for us to apply for a home loan together or for him to apply without me so that my credit is not factored in? Thanks.

What can a person do to get around this problem. He makes plenty of money, he just has a bad credit history. Does anyone know what he can do short of getting a cosigner?

He has similar credit to mine. There are some issues on my credit report that stem from fraudulent credit card use and old medical bills that I am working to get resolved. I can make a down payment, around 10%. Also, I’m interested in an older house to restore, since historic preservation is my career field. How can I borrow more than the amount of the purchase price to do renovations?

I have a partner who is able to put $350-400K into the project but the building itself will cost between $750K-$1M to acquire and will require anywhere from $100K-200K to restore and convert. I would like to know the best place to go for a commercial real estate loan keeping in mind the significant funding we already have. I would like to limit the down payment to about $100-150K to keep the rest available for the bar itself. As a side note my personal credit score isn’t fantastic (about 630). Also, the building is not currently a bar but an old theater so it will require remodeling, however they do hold a liquor license so it is properly zoned.
Thanks!

Hi. I am looking for a lease to own property in Shelby Township, MI (48316). I have noticed that there are quite a bit of vacant homes in the area however I am not able to qualify for a mortgage at this time due to extremely poor credit. I was wondering if by any chance there are any programs/individuals that would be able to help me in my situation? I know about the restore your credit programs and stuff like that but I am in dire need of something asap like August 1st. Any advice/suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
